The NCP4Industry+ Full Proposal Check (FPC) 2027 is now open!
The NCP4Industry+ network is inviting project coordinators to take part in the
Full Proposal Check 2027, a free-of-charge service offering expert feedback on advanced Horizon Europe proposal drafts ahead of submission.
Selected coordinators will take part in online feedback meetings with experienced Horizon Europe experts from 18 to 21 January 2027. The Full Proposal Check supports selected RIA and IA topics under the Horizon Europe Cluster 4 – Industry calls with a submission deadline of 2 February 2027.

How to participate
Interested coordinators are adviced to:
- Check the eligible topics and submit your proposal draft.
Register and submit an advanced proposal draft by Sunday, 10 January 2027 via the
NCP4Industry+ Full Proposal Check 2027 website. - Select your preferred meeting times.
Indicate several suitable time slots for an online feedback meeting between 18 and 21 January 2027. Sessions may last up to two hours. - Await confirmation.
Proposals will be selected based on their level of completeness, as assessed by Horizon Europe National Contact Points.
Selected coordinators will be informed by Thursday, 14 January 2027, with feedback sessions taking place between 18 and 21 January 2027.
A limited number of proposals may also receive feedback involving external experts.
Newcomer coordinators, proposals from widening countries, and proposals coordinated by women are especially encouraged to apply.
