The NCP4Industry+ Full Proposal Check (FPC) 2026 will open in January 2026, offering coordinators the opportunity to receive expert feedback on advanced draft proposals submitted under Horizon Europe Cluster 4 – Industry.
Organised by the NCP4Industry+ network, the Full Proposal Check is a free-of-charge service designed to support project coordinators in strengthening their proposals ahead of submission. Selected applicants will take part in online feedback meetings with experienced Horizon Europe experts, which will be held between Tuesday, 7 April and Friday, 10 April 2026.
The 2026 Full Proposal Check supports selected topics under the Horizon Europe Industry calls with a submission deadline of 21 April 2026, as well as the 2025 Twin Transition and Materials two-stage calls, with a second-stage deadline of 14 April 2026. The initiative is targeted at coordinators planning to submit proposals under these call topics.
How to participate
Interested coordinators are invited to:
Review the list of eligible topics, register, and submit their proposal draft by Sunday, 29 March 2026 via the NCP4Industry+ 2026 Full Proposal Check website.
Indicate several preferred time slots for an online feedback meeting starting from Tuesday, 7 April 2026 (sessions last up to two hours).
Await selection, which will be based on proposal completeness as assessed by Horizon Europe National Contact Points.
Selected participants will be informed and invited to a feedback meeting by Thursday, 2 April 2026, with sessions taking place between 7 and 10 April 2026.
A limited number of proposals may also benefit from feedback involving external experts.
Newcomer coordinators, proposals from widening countries, and projects coordinated by women are especially encouraged to apply.
