Horizon Europe work programme 2025: EU Commission opens public consultation

The European Commission published the Horizon Europe strategic plan for the years 2025-2027 in March 2024. The feedback process mentioned therein for the creation of the work programs started on April 15, 2024. Participation in the surveys is possible until May 6, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (CET).

The feedback process offers interested parties the opportunity to make contributions to the development of the Horizon Europe Work Program 2025. For this purpose, surveys are available on the EU Commission website. Feedback is collected at the destination and mission level. In order to structure the answers, the EU Commission provides an orientation document for each destination and mission. The documents include the expected impacts and outcomes to be addressed by the calls for proposals in 2025.

The six destinations in Cluster 4 are:

  • Destination 1 - Re-manufacturing and De-manufacturing technologies – scalable and flexible for the next level of circularity manufacturing
  • Destination 2 - Achieving technological leadership for Europe’s open strategic autonomy in raw materials, chemicals and innovative materials
  • Destination 3 - Developing an agile and secure single market and infrastructure for data-services and trustworthy artificial intelligence services
  • Destination 4 - Achieving open strategic autonomy in digital and emerging enabling technologies
  • Destination 5 - Achieving open strategic autonomy in global space-based infrastructures, services, applications and data
  • Destination 6 - Digital and industrial technologies driving human-centric innovation
