NCP4Industry+ Full Proposal Check 2026 - Deadline 29 March
The NCP4Industry network is organizing the 2026 Full Proposal Check (FPC) for coordinators preparing a Horizon Europe project under the Cluster 4 Industry area. The FPC offers an opportunity to discuss and receive feedback on an advanced draft proposal from experienced Horizon Europe experts. Deadline for submitting Full Proposals drafts is 8 January – 29 March 2026
The FPC service is free of charge. Online feedback meetings between project coordinators and experts will take place between Tuesday, 7 April and Friday, 10 April 2026.

The event supports selected call topics under the Horizon Europe Industry Call with a deadline of 21 April 2026, as well as 2025 two-stage Twin Transition and Materials call topics with a deadline of 14 April 2026. The event is targeted at coordinators planning to submit proposals under these calls.
Newcomer coordinators, proposals from widening countries, and proposals coordinated by women are especially encouraged to participate.
How to participate
Review the list of topics included in the FPC, sign up, and submit your proposal draft by Sunday, 29 March 2026 via the NCP4Industry Plus 2026 Full Proposal Check website.
Select several suitable time slots for a feedback meeting starting from Tuesday, 7 April (meetings will last up to 2 hours) to allow matching your preferences with experts’ availability.
Proposals will be selected based on their level of completeness, as assessed by Horizon Europe National Contact Points.
Selected participants will be informed and invited to an FPC feedback meeting by Thursday, 2 April 2026. The meetings will be held during the following week, from Tuesday, 7 April to Friday, 10 April.

The NCP4Industry network can provide FPC sessions with external experts for a limited number of proposals.
